Need of Preventive Controls Qualified Individual - HACCP

HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the control of biological, chemical and physical hazards. The Industry should ensure their customers that its products are safe enough in regards to latest technology and science.

PCQI stands for a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual. It is the personnel managing course that permits members to end up to a PC Lead Instructor. The PCQI course is a key necessity for individuals and food facilities that will permit them to create and implement a Food Safety Plan and to play out a hazard analysis of risk preventive controls (HARCP).
